45+ Beginners Weight Training Course

Over 45’s weight training for beginners.

This is ideal for the woman who are interested in weight training but not sure where to start.

We will focus on technique through a range of compound movements and building your strength and knowledge in an all-women’s, safe environment.

Currently available at lunch time Tuesdays, this program is perfect for a lunch break workout with other likeminded women after similar goals of moving well as we grow older.
