Chaired Yoga provides a range of asanas (yoga poses) which will stretch, tone & strengthen your body. Balance poses in the safety of your chair strengthen the neuro – muscular pathways & learning to strengthen your core muscles will help you feel confident & stable
About the Facilitator: Amy Moon
Amy Moon has a Bachelor of Health Science, Adv Diploma of Homoeopathy, Diploma of Remedial Massage. In 2020 Amy became a Chaired Yoga Instructor which offered a way for her clients who have limited range of movement, to stretch in a seated position in a safe & accessible way to help their body
