Hatha Yoga FRIDAYS- 10 Week Course
2nd February – 12th April 2024 ( **No class on the 29th March 2024)
A gentle flowing hatha yoga class that naturally progresses from the physical to the more subtle. The focus is on embodied awareness and the breath. Move at your own pace, listening to the innate wisdom of your own body. This one hour class includes gentle warming practices, flowing poses, breath awareness, relaxation and stillness.
Take time for yourself. Slow down. Nourish your nervous system. Be present. Breathe. Let go. Surrender.
