Mums and Bubs Postpartum Fitness

This 8-week course is for mums with babies aged 6 weeks+ (after your 6-week check-up) but not yet crawling. It is a safe and fun way to start exercising again after your life & body-changing event. We will start with Pilates based core work (especially pelvic floor) to develop body awareness, build strength and practise correct posture for all future exercises and daily living. Exercises will gradually progress to full body functional movements designed to build strength.

  • Exercises will be low impact and easily tailored to suit individual needs.
  • We will use body weight, light weights and Therabands.
  • Exercise is an excellent way to reduce stress and release happy endorphins.
  • Gentle exercises will help you have a faster post-natal recovery.

About the instructor:

Mandy is passionate about keeping everyone moving to improve their quality of life. She has been teaching for over 10 years in the Coffs area and currently specialises in Older Adults, Pilates, Zumba Gold and Post Natal classes.
