Prenatal Yoga- 6 week course

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are about spending time tuning into the needs of your body and your growing baby. We will use specific postures and breathwork to increase your capacity to stay calm, build stamina, courage, and power in the body as you prepare for birth and look at how you can care and nourish yourself and baby for the remainder of your pregnancy.
No previous experience necessary. Suitable from the second trimester. Please consult your medical professional before commencing prenatal yoga

Chaitanya is passionate about women, wombs and yoga! She loves to support women to find deeper connection, peace and flow in the body through all the cycles and seasons of life.
