Rebalance after birth- 8-week course
3rd February – 24th March
This 8-week course is designed for women with babies aged 6 weeks and up (after your 6-week check-up), who are not yet crawling. It’s perfect for mums who are ready to rebuild strength and safely return to exercise after giving birth.
This gentle, mat-based class provides a safe and supportive environment to help you:
- Rebuild core strength
- Restore pelvic floor function
- Improve overall mobility
- Bond with your baby in a relaxed, welcoming space
Led by one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists, each session is tailored to your unique postpartum needs, helping you reconnect with your body and safely improve your strength throughout your post-natal recovery.
