Yoga & Functional Movement for Persistent Pain – 9- week course – Term 1, 2026

Thursday 5th February – 2nd April 2026
9- week course
This class blends yoga and functional movement to help you develop greater body awareness and support lasting relief from pain and tension. Drawing on my training as an osteopath and knowledge of anatomy, I’ve designed the sessions to gently explore how your body moves and feels, with a focus on ease, breath, and curiosity. It’s ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more mindful approach to movement.
Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, this practice encourages softness, grounding, and freedom in the spine – rather than pushing or striving. Each class is an invitation to listen deeply to your body and move in a way that feels natural and supportive. All levels are welcome.
