Drawing on my training as an osteopath and knowledge of anatomy\, I’ve designed the sessions to gently explore how your body moves and feels\, with a focus on ease\, breath\, and curiosity. It’s ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower\, more mindful approach to movement. \nInspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli\, this practice encourages softness\, grounding\, and freedom in the spine – rather than pushing or striving. Each class is an invitation to listen deeply to your body and move in a way that feels natural and supportive.
