I have lived in Coffs Harbour for the last 40 years. I have three children and eight grandchildren.
I am a registered nurse and have a Bachelor of Social Sciences. I have worked for NSW Health for most of my working life. For 30 years prior to my retirement in 2020, I was a staff member of.

The Mid North Coast Local Health District working in various roles. These included, Social Welfare Worker, Dementia Clinical Nurse Consultant and ACAT Community Nurse. For 4 years I taught evening classes at the Coffs Coast Community College training students in Certificate III in Aged Care.

I am particularly passionate about health and wellbeing both mental and physical. My interests include walking, gardening, reading and travel. I have been a Board Member since January
2021.

Glen has over 35 years practice and executive experience working in the community and mental health sectors in three states. Her roles include Executive Director of Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (PHN) ,  Western Australia State Manager of a national mental health organisation, CEO of a youth and family welfare service,  CEO of regional community health service, AOD and HIV counselling and Australian national quality assurance and training manager for an international corporate company.   Skilled in partnership and organisational development in addition to her extensive experience in quality accreditation and audit for the health, welfare and employment sectors.  Glen holds qualifications in mental health, social welfare, AOD, management, training and assessment, quality review & audit and counselling.  

Patti Andrews is Future Women’s Head of Brand, Creative and Communications and has been with the company from the ground up.

She is known for her unique combination of logic and creativity, which she brings to FW’s branding and content strategy.

Passionate about connecting with the audience, Patti excels at creating both written and visual content that resonates emotionally but is also clear and concise. She is a valuable asset to FW’s Jobs Academy, which helps support women returning to work. 

Patti is also a creative director, illustrator and designer who has worked for Australian publications including Harper’s BAZAAR, Grazia and Cosmo; and on creative campaigns for clients including GUCCI, Maybelline NY and Penguin Random House Australia.

Vigeeta Chauhan is the Regional Manager for Settlement Services International (SSI) Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for the settlement of new Australians (clients) into the region and guiding a team of case managers and housing officers assisting clients with the transition into the community through housing, employment, and education.
Vigeeta has been with SSI since October 2017 and has prior working experience in various people centred roles. With a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and various mental health, domestic and family violence and trauma informed practice qualifications.
Vigeeta is passionate about supporting new Australians to find their place within the Coffs Harbour community, helping people to transition from refugee experience and becoming independent members of the community. Coming from a migrant background herself she knows how challenging it can be in a new country, not being able to speak the language, not understanding the health systems and not having established community networks.

I believe in the vision of Health Voyage for Healthier People. Stronger Communities. I would like to build the capacity for the clients and the other stakeholders and collaborate to increase access to the health system.

Natalie Ryan is a local business women.  She owns a local accounting practice and advises businesses, social enterprises and not for profits focusing on growing and strengthening business, achieving business goals and planning for the future.  She has a degree in Business and Finance, a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent.  Natalie brings to our organisation a depth and breadth of understanding regarding financial management, decision making and leadership.  Natalie has worked on Boards for the last 20 years  in both voluntary and paid positions.  She is married, has three adult children and enjoys all the wonder and beauty of the Coffs Coast.  

Ray, a retired General Practitioner, is excited to join the Health Voyage board in 2025, following his move to the Coffs Coast area in 2024. His parents, Latvian refugees, settled in Australia in 1948. Ray excelled at Marsden High in West Ryde, becoming Captain and Dux in 1978. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Honours from the University of Sydney.

Ray’s career began with training across various hospitals in Sydney and NSW, and at the Princess Royal University (Farnborough, UK), where he earned a Diploma of Family Planning. In 1991, he achieved a Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Over 35 years in Sydney, Ray evolved from a generalist to focusing on Aged and Palliative Care.

His roles have included owner, partner, associate, and contractor across multiple practices. Ray possesses extensive knowledge of medical practice, both diagnostically and administratively. He aims to share these insights with the HV team, enhancing health services in the Coffs Coast area.
Ray is known for his strong communication skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking. He looks forward to improving the health and wellbeing of local patients and communities. Ray and his wife Michelle, whom he met during the Rotary Group Study Exchange program in 1992, have two adult sons pursuing education in Sydney and Melbourne.

An avid traveller, Ray enjoys road cycling (particularly multi-day tours), skiing, cricket, chess, and 60s and 70s LP vinyls. He was a member of the Ku-Ring-Gai Medical Association, serving as President in 2001, and is currently involved with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour.

Lisa is Chief Legal Officer at Shine Justice, overseeing all legal teams across the business in Australia and New Zealand.

Lisa is a highly regarded expert in abuse law and has been active in lobbying the government for change in line with the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. She recently supported clients at the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicides. She often provides expert commentary in national media and legal publications and has spoken internationally. Her commitment to legislative reform in this vital area is driven by her desire to better protect Australian children.

Lisa is particularly drawn to Health Voyage’s focus on accessible healthcare, mental health, and women’s health—areas that resonate deeply with her personal and professional values. She is also deeply familiar with the responsibilities of board service, including financial oversight, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Her leadership roles in managing legal, regulatory, and governance functions have prepared her to support Health Voyage’s mission and contribute to its ongoing success.
