Health Voyage is proud to have been the lead agency for headspace Grafton since it opened in December 2017. headspace Grafton operates as a free, confidential and youth friendly service with expertise in youth mental health support. headspace Grafton is here to assist young people and their family and friends in all thing’s mental health and work and study support. Youth participation is at the core of this service and the service has an active Youth Reference Group.

headspace provides a time-limited service for young people aged 12 – 25 years with mild to moderate mental health issues.

headspace Grafton is funded by Healthy North Coast through the North Coast PHN Program.
