At Health Voyage, we believe that a great workplace is one where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow. We offer a wide range of benefits that reflect our commitment to wellbeing, inclusivity, and professional development.
We provide salary packaging options to help you maximise your take-home pay, and where practical and agreed in advance, we support flexible work arrangements including the opportunity to work from home. While most roles require regular onsite work, we understand the importance of balancing life and work in a way that suits you.
Professional growth is a priority for us. We offer access to training, workshops, online learning, and skill-building opportunities, as well as internal clinical supervision for clinicians, tailored to your role. From the day you start, you’ll experience a seamless and thoughtful onboarding process, including a comprehensive induction, paperless setup, and your own Personal Operating Manual (POM) to support a more personalised and inclusive experience.
We’re proud to foster a workplace where diversity is respected and celebrated. Through our Cultural Governance Framework and Aboriginal Employment Strategy, we actively work towards creating a culturally safe and inclusive workplace. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) extends confidential counselling to both staff and their immediate families, and our family-friendly policies include (employer-funded) paid parental leave, support for women’s health, and even time for blood donation during work hours.
With clear role expectations, a shared purpose, and annual team-building days to connect and recharge, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel they belong—and where their contribution truly matters.
Our Diversity Statement
Health Voyage is committed to a workplace culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, promotes diversity, and embraces the unique skills and qualities of all our workforce and members. We recognise the importance of workplace diversity and inclusion in ensuring we adopt a person-centred approach where all members, employees, contractors, and volunteers are valued and recognised for their unique qualities, ideas, voices, experiences and perspectives. This will enable us to fully benefit from the significant skills and talent that exists within our organisation. We recognise the diversity of our members and the capability a diverse workforce provides. We believe it is good practice to develop and invest in an inclusive workplace that enables an organisation to achieve its goals and objectives. Candidates who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, or LGBTIQA+ are encouraged to apply for vacancies advertised by Health Voyage.
Vaccinations
Health Voyage provides primary health care to people in our community, some of whom are particularly vulnerable due to the many determinants of health. Health Voyage follows evidence-based practice and supports immunisation as a safe and effective way of giving protection against disease for individuals, families, and the whole community.
Health Voyage regards the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, our contractors and our communities to be our highest priority, which is why we require all employees to have received at least two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine or have an approved medical contraindication form. Successful candidates will be required to provide a record of their COVID-19 vaccination status prior to being formal offered employment with Health Voyage.
