Tazmyn has led Health Voyage as CEO and heart leader since May 2023, bringing a steady, valuesdriven approach. A former Senior Lawyer with Victoria Legal Aid, she dedicated 11 years to advocating for marginalised communities, appearing in complex criminal matters, family law, and specialist courts, with expertise representing children and young people. She also managed practices across metro and regional Victoria, mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team wellbeing in highpressure environments. Originally from regional NSW, Tazchampions social justice, accessible health services, inclusive workplaces, and partnerships that strengthen communities. Guided by Health Voyage’s vision of “Healthier People. Stronger Communities,” she is committed to equity, compassion, and ensuring vital services reach those most in need.

Sally brings over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, having led finance and compliance leadership roles for major charities such as Greenpeace Australia–Pacific and the Starlight Children’s Foundation. As Finance Manager at Health Voyage, Sally oversees financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and compliance to ensure the organisation remains financially strong and mission-aligned. Her work reflects a deep commitment to integrity, compassion, and community wellbeing, values that guide her approach to creating systems that empower people and protect resources. Raised on Gumbaynggirr Country and now living locally, Sally is passionate about supporting inclusive, culturally safe healthcare services that make a real difference in people’s lives and contribute to the health and resilience of her community.

With 15+ years of experience in the HR field, Meg brings a deep commitment to fostering a positive workplace and supporting organisational success through people-focused strategies. As Human Resources Manager, Meg provides advice and support across a broad range of HR functions to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, managers, and staff. She works with the CEO to ensure HR initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with organisational needs and values. She is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and believesevery individual deserves to thrive in their professional journey. Meg was drawn to Health Voyage by a profound alignment between her personal values and the organisation values— particularly integrity, respect, and compassion. These principles guide her approach and inspire me to contribute to a workplace with valued and supported staff.

Cathie Frost is Health Voyage’s Continuous Quality Improvement Manager and Company Secretary, bringing nearly a decade of service to the organisation. Beginning her career as a health clinician, she discovered her passion in health administration, where her operational expertise, processdriven thinking, and attention to detail have become invaluable. A member of the Executive Leadership Team, she leads organisational projects, develops highlevel documents, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Deeply committed to accessible, highquality regional healthcare, she contributes both strategic and operational insights that strengthen Health Voyage’s programs and culture. Born, raised, and educated in the regions, she has chosen to build her career locally, supporting a strong, vibrant, and valuesled organisation dedicated to community health and excellence.

With over 30 years in medical administration, Julie brings deep expertise in practice operations, strengthened by qualifications including Certificates IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and Practice Management, a Diploma of Management, and certification as a Practice Manager with AAPM. As Centre Manager at the Women’s Health Centre, Julie leads a team of 30, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and a supportive culture aligned with Health Voyage’s values. Julie is driven by loyalty, respect, and advocacy for marginalised groups, ensuring equitable access to care. Julie has strong regional ties include years of volunteer work with local schools, sports clubs, and community events like the Coffs Coast Christmas Lunch4U—reflecting her commitment to community wellbeing and meaningful contribution.

Dan is an experienced leader in youth mental health, service management, and community engagement, with a proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving program development. In his role at Health Voyage, he oversees initiatives that promote the mental health and wellbeing of young people across the region, ensuring services are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to local needs. His leadership extends to building strategic partnerships with schools, health providers, and community organisations, fostering collaboration that strengthens outcomes. Passionate about youth empowerment and mental health awareness, he aligns his work with values of compassion, inclusivity, and evidence-informed practice. With deep ties to the Clarence Valley, he advocates for sustainable, high-quality support that enables young people to thrive.
