Love yoga but sick of getting up & down off the mat? Chaired Yoga is designed for you to enjoy the benefits of yoga from a seated position.

Chaired Yoga provides a range of asanas (yoga poses) which will stretch, tone & strengthen your body. Balance poses in the safety of your chair strengthen the neuro – muscular pathways & learning to strengthen your core muscles will help you feel confident & stable.

About the Facilitator: Amy Moon

Amy Moon has a Bachelor of Health Science, Adv Diploma of Homoeopathy, Diploma of Remedial Massage. In 2020 Amy became a Chaired Yoga Instructor which offered a way for her clients who have limited range of movement, to stretch in a seated position in a safe & accessible way to help their body.

As our way to say thank you and to celebrate Women’s Health Week in September, we will be covering the cost of your class during this week!
