Thursday Restorative Yoga & Movement


A supportive class for women looking to calm and regulate their nervous system while improving comfort, ease, and confidence in movement. Ideal for those experiencing tension, fatigue, stress, or reduced confidence with movement. Slow, accessible, and beginner-friendly.
Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, this practice encourages softness, grounding, and freedom in the spine – rather than pushing or striving. Each class is an invitation to listen deeply to your body and move in a way that feels natural and supportive. All levels are welcome.
About the instructor: Kay is a trained Osteopath and Yoga Instructor. She has completed additional post graduate training in Women’s Pelvic Health at the Osteopathic Pelvic Health Institute of Australia, where she trained in internal pelvic floor strength and prolapse assessment and treatment.
