Monday Core & Pelvic Floor

This strengthening course is specifically designed for women who experience pelvic floor weakness or incontinence. Led by one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists Danielle, this low-impact, mat-based class focuses on building pelvic floor strength and endurance, while also improving overall core stability.
The course is tailored to help enhance daily function, support pelvic health, and boost confidence.
