Friday Osteoporosis Prevention & Strength

This class is run by our Women’s Health Physiotherapist and is specifically designed for women with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or those looking to prevent osteoporosis by improving bone density, strength, balance, and functional mobility. Participants will perform evidence-based weight-bearing, resistance, and floor-based exercises that place healthy stress on bones to help stimulate bone growth and maintain skeletal health.
Please note: To participate in this class, you must be able to independently get up and down from the floor without assistance. Please wear comfortable clothes you can work out in and a drink bottle.
