On 27 May 2026, headspace Grafton had the opportunity to attend a Clarence Football Academy High-Performance training session, connecting with young players, coaches, and parents in a positive and supportive environment.
As part of the visit, headspace Grafton donated soccer balls to the academy and spent time speaking with attendees about the importance of mental health and wellbeing. The session provided a valuable opportunity to share information about the support services available for young people who may be going through a tough time.
Sport plays a powerful role in bringing communities together, and events like these help create safe spaces for meaningful conversations. By engaging directly with young athletes and their support networks, headspace Grafton continues to encourage open discussions around mental health and remind young people that support is always available.
