On 8 October 2026, the community came together for the vibrant and uplifting Toormi Together event, showcasing the power of collaboration, connection, and community spirit.
A huge thank you goes to the organisers, participating services and organisations, and every community member who attended and helped make the day such a success. Events like Toormi Together highlight the incredible strength that emerges when local groups and community members work side by side to create welcoming and inclusive spaces for all.
The day was filled with celebration, connection, and plenty of excitement. Congratulations to all the prize winners who took home some fantastic giveaways. A special shout-out also goes to the talented dancers, singers, and performers who generously shared their skills and enthusiasm, creating a lively atmosphere that kept the community engaged throughout the event.
It was inspiring to witness the strong partnerships and community collaboration on display, with organisations, services, and residents coming together to celebrate culture, wellbeing, and connection. The event served as a wonderful reminder of the importance of working together to support and strengthen our local community.
