Building Connections with the Hakha Chin Community

We were delighted to welcome a wonderful group of women from the Hakha Chin community to the Coffs Harbour Women’s Health Centre as part of the CST Program.

The visit provided an opportunity for participants to learn more about the range of services, programs, and support available through the Women’s Health Centre. It was also a valuable chance to connect, share experiences, and build relationships in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Creating opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds to access information and feel connected to local services is an important part of our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of all women in our community.

We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with Settlement Services International (SSI), whose collaboration helps us reach and support women from diverse communities across the region. Together, we continue to foster inclusion, strengthen community connections, and ensure women feel informed, supported, and empowered.

We thank the Hakha Chin women for their visit and look forward to welcoming them back to the Centre in the future. 🌸
